John McLaughlin - VP, Managing Director

As employee of Critical Mass for more than 7 years, John has led teams for several of Critical Mass' largest site development programs. Providing online marketing strategy and account service for Hyatt, leading the strategy, design, and development for NASA, Procter & Gamble, Pampers, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, LVCVA has given John a great understanding of the challenges encountered by dynamic and complex organizations and the strategies and tactics to answer them.

With a master's degree in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University, John believes in the need to drive consistent messages across all media, and that continuous analysis of customer needs and behaviors should drive those messages. John also holds a degree in journalism with a concentration in advertising and business administration from Ohio University.

In his current role as Vice President and Managing Director of the Green business unit for Critical Mass, John feels he has it made -- which almost makes up for the fact that he is a Detroit Tigers fan. Ouch.
