CALGARY, AB and CHICAGO, IL - Critical Mass (www.criticalmass.com), an interactive services firm, part of the Omnicom Group, has named Celia Jones as director of marketing. In this position, she is charged with continuing to elevate the profile of the agency and leading the company's marketing strategy, execution and brand initiatives. The position will be based out of the Chicago office.
Jones has ten years of experience in strategic marketing communications and previously held the position of the Director of Content and Lead Copywriter at Designkitchen, a Chicago-based interactive marketing and branding agency. In this position, she helped clients articulate their unique value propositions and enliven their brand stories through compelling messaging and content. In addition, Jones directed marketing and communications for the agency.

In this role, Jones will build upon recent momentum Critical Mass has gained from recognition in the "The Forrester Wave: Interactive Marketing Agencies - Web Design Capabilities, Q2 2007 Report" as a leader in both transaction-led and image-led Web projects.
Jones graduated cum laude with a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame and holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law.
