CALGARY, AB and CHICAGO, IL - Critical Mass (www.criticalmass.com), an interactive services firm, part of the Omnicom Group, has named John Stichweh as senior vice president, general manager. In this position, he oversees the daily management of the Toronto office and its contribution to Critical Mass' global operations.
Stichweh brings experience in interactive agency relations, global marketing leadership, organizational development and management to the position. Prior to Critical Mass, Stichweh was director of global interactive marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. He was responsible for the development and execution of digital strategy for some of the world's leading brands, Coca-Cola ClassicTM, Coke ZeroTM and SpriteTM.
Previously, he spent 15 years with Procter and Gamble (P&G), most recently as head of interactive marketing for the Global Baby & Family Care Business Unit leading global programs such as Pampers.com. During his tenure he developed and deployed breakthrough measurement systems to determine the overall business contributions of interactive marketing programs and was also instrumental in redesigning P&G's Digital Media Planning and Buying process. He was honored by P&G as global MVP of the Interactive Space in September 2005.

Stichweh graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, from the University of Dayton in Ohio and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
