The Insight and Planning (I&P) group delivers strategic and tactical insight into online customer experiences by understanding our clients, their customers and industry/competitive trends. I&P includes such roles as qualitative and quantitative Research Analysts, Information Architects, Business Analysts, and Account Planners.
